2、 Analysis on the damage of hotel linen

(1) Damage caused by washing

a. The feeding time is not right when washing. When the water is insufficient, the bleaching chemicals are easy to concentrate the detergent on the local part of the cloth and cause damage to the cloth; B. improper use of the bleaching agent. Bleaching detergent should be used carefully. Improper temperature, high concentration and excessive residue after washing will lead to cloth discoloration and even small holes; C, misuse of detergent. The cleaners in the laundry are all chemical products. If the washing products are mixed wrongly, or even if the materials are added wrongly, it will also lead to damage.

(2) Machine and human reasons

a. The machine is rough in the washing process, which may cause the cloth to wear during the washing process; B. sharp or hard objects mixed in it, which may cause damage during washing; C. when loading or leaving the machine before and after washing, use too much force or encounter sharp objects to puncture or scratch; D. the cloth is not well distributed during washing and dehydration or the time of high separation is too long, and the mechanical force will lead to tearing; e. the cloth is stained with corrosive cleaning products; g. 3、 Methods to reduce the damage rate of linen

1. Use the detergent correctly, master the reasonable feeding time and temperature, and understand the basic characteristics and use methods of detergent;

2. Avoid direct contact of cotton fabrics with strong acid or corrosive chemicals;

3. Do a good job of sorting and inspection before washing, including sorting and inspection of cloth types and separation of sundries;

4、 Care should be taken in the collection and transportation of cloth to prevent two times of pollution and accidental breakage;

5. Avoid “fatigue use”, i.e. wash several times on the same day, which will accelerate the shortening of linen life;

6. Check the machine frequently to prevent secondary pollution and man-made damage, and control the loading capacity;

7. Before washing operation, empty the machine to check whether there are sharp and iron impurities in the machine drum;

8. Do a good job in the classification of new and old cloth, the strength of new and old cloth should be different in the length of dehydration time.
